No benefit to being their costumer over any other bank.
They have the worst rules stating they can’t cash anything over $2000 I see why this bank has the worst ratings they are already out of the way and soooo unaccommodating don’t waste your time coming here go to another bank you’ll thank me for this….
Nice staff but can be frustrating to deal with service wise. Had trouble setting up a checking account with them had to complete it on my own online 3 weeks ago. After waiting patiently found out today that they never issued out a debit card for me
This bank in general is absolutely worst if you changed your phone number you can’t change it on there nor can you change your address absolutely annoying I can’t change anything just give a another option of email. Need to update their online banking that’s just nonsense
