My debit card information was breached by an online.....thief. I called my BBVA branch on North Main in Weatherford, TX, and spoke with Tiffany. She is an absolute GEM. She was SOOOO helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. Everything was taken care of right over the phone. I will never, ever use any other bank than BBVA Compass.
Very friendly people working there. In and out pretty quickly.
