This is no longer bbva its pnc
Went to order a new card since BBVA is now PNC. I ordered it in person two weeks ago and have not gotten it, yet they said 3-5 business days. I withdrew 100 dollars to be good until then. When I try to call they say it's a non working number (then why is it the banks number?). Now I have to take another two hours off work to go back and talk to them in person (frustrated).
Good gosh, talk about a downgrade turning into PNC. I was a wealth account, and now I've tried sitting on hold with the location for 30 minutes, no answer, and then called corporate, longer than 30 minute hold time. This is trash. Just need a card replaced.
