Fantastic customer service. Starting going here more than the First Colony location because it was closer to my office. The people who work here are great. They always call me by my name. Who does that anymore? If you are looking for a bank I would recommend this location.

I JUST SPOKE WITH ALANA AND SHE IS VERY VERY RUDE, I TOLD HER I MADE A DEPOSIT AT THEIR ATM THIS MORNING AND THE FUNDS ARE NOT SHOWING UP IN MY ACCT, SHE SAID WELL THE ATM GETS SERVICED EVERY THURSDAY AND SINCE TOMORROW IS A HOLIDAY IT PROBABLY WONT BE SERVICED TILL NEXT THURSDAY, SO I SAID YOU MEAN TO TELL ME I WONT HAVE MY FUNDS AVAILABLE TILL NEXT THURSDAY, HER RESPONSE WAS "I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING" BUT YET COULD STILL NOT EXPLAIN TO ME WHEN I WOULD GET MY FUNDS, SHE THEN GAVE ME A NUMBER TO THE ATM TOLD ME TO CALL THEM AND... read more
