Best and easiest experience I've had at a BBVA branch. Did not have to wait at all—Edan came out of his office immediately to ask how he could help, and did not try to "sell" me on any other accounts or services while he closed my business account for me. Very painless process!

Worse phone customer service...getting the run around about when to expect your debit..getting transferred over and over and getting informed the supervisor is too busy to speak with you...I seen really good things and honestly thought this would be a great bank to open for me and my daughter..I felt like as a customer I should get treated and not feel rushed to get off the phone or made to feel like my concerns were not valid...
