People are rude and inconsiderate. Manager does not help customers.
I can’t say enough good things about the Rayford branch of BBVA Compass Bank! My mother recently passed away and we needed to remove her from the accounts. Jane and Kimberly were incredibly helpful, understanding this was a difficult and stressful time for my family. They were courteous and professional and reassured us we were making the right decisions. Because of them, we will be doing more banking with BBVA Compass.
