I have been with Compass for as long as they have been compass in Denton Tx. I am moving all my money and business away because I cannot deal with a big corporate bank any longer. There’s no personal touch. I call the local branch president yes I have his cell number and he can’t help me with e-access I have to call a call center and those guys have no clue.
BBVA Compass online system is not in real time. Pending charges are not deducted and do not reflect actual balance. When charges are processed, you are then charged fees based on incorrect information which was posted via online system.
