Opened our checking/savings account on July 23, 2021 and to date, Aug. 22, 2021 we have STILL NOT RECEIVED our debit cards??? I’ve called several times and was told that my card status shows pending but BBVD has NO IDEA when they’ll arrive??? After aMONTH of waiting, we are closing our account and going elsewhere where hopefully the banking service will be better; I mean, how much worse could it get??? One star rating is too high, too bad I can’t put a NO STAR RATING!!!
