I don’t recommend this branch due to receiving harsh treatment. I called and spoke with Ms. Ruby about a pending deposit I had. She was very very rude, lacked empathy and disconnected the call while I was still talking. I understand it was about 35 minutes prior to the closing of the branch, however, I was treated rude and unfairly. I will not stop reporting her until she is pulled aside for coaching and trained how to properly treat an account holder. I will also be contacting the higher ups and the Better Business Bureau.
