We refinanced our mortgage with BBVA starting in March. To make a VERY long story short. We still do not have a closing date, our mortgage officer hasn't returned phone calls or emails for 4 days and customer service has been unable to help. This is truly the worst experience we've ever had with a financial institution. We will undoubtedly find any other bank to work with in the future. If anyone is considering BBVA for any lending needs, be sure to stay FAR AWAY!!!!
