A woman went up to a teller & started asking questions about her bank account. I understand helping each & every customer but in this case, the woman could've spoke to a personal banker instead of a teller. There was another teller when I got gotten in line but she left immediately after she finished w/a customer. It's ridiculous that I had to wait in line for 20-30 minutes to get helped.
