It's common knowledge that you can get things notarized at a bank, even for a fee. But not at PNC Bank, only for customers. Not even for a fee.

Husband was -0.27 in main acct. Needed $1 deposit before 1p CST to avoid overdraft fee. Fine. I go to PNC, his bank not mine, as I've done in the past just not THIS location, & you can clearly see from the photo I've uploaded, every line to a teller window was closed EXCEPT for 1. The last lane is the ATM. I pulled to the open teller lane and pressed the call button. After sitting for 2 full minutes, I park in a spot to go inside and conduct business.
