Literally the worst branch in Abilene. They’re never open. Impossible to get ahold of. I live on the South Side, I don’t have time to drive halfway across town to get to the bank. Just to end up waiting over 30mins to get help.
Hardly ever open. I could walk there to make deposits. The workers were leaving as I arrived at 2:41 pm today and then I see a sign they are temporarily closed again. I understand they are closing this location officially soon. It was Ok while it lasted.
I have never in my life known of a bank that randomly closes on a regular basis. I didnt even know this was allowed. I'm constantly having to drive clear across town due to random shut downs. Hopefully my company will allow us to find another bank.
Good people but why closing satruday all day? I hate to have money on my account but can't used. No debit card.
Drive-thru location and they can't really do much a cannot do cashier's checks or anything like that so I guess if you're needing like just to make deposits or withdrawals they're okay but they can't really do anything
