I don’t bank here but I have to sometimes deposit payments into an account here. I hate coming to this branch. The staff don’t care and have made me run through hurdles when all I’m trying to do is deposit money into the account. They won’t take the cash advance off my card when I have plenty of money in my account. Another time they told me the machine was broke. And they won’t take a cashiers check. I'd give zero if I could. Horrible customer service and you can tell by them posting a "gone to lunch sign from 12:15-1:15" out before 11:45. Lazy rude staff. Avoid if possible! Their branches are why I hold my savings, DD, and everything that matters anywhere but this account. I myself only use them for the bare minimum because they have a deal with my hubs work for his DD. Once he gets a new job CLOSED SO FAST!!!
