Great customer service , in the bank. Treats you with respect . Been banking with them along time. Now has for customer service through the 800 # the worst , I believe “they just make up things to tell you “ that’s usually lies.

I thought when I got a car from Long Lewis BBVA would help me build up my credit, they didn’t. I made every payment on time throughout the 6 years I had the car only to recently find out it didn’t help my credit one bit. If you’re looking to build up your credit look elsewhere.
