I have found the staff at Truist Bank Polk City to be polite, efficient and helpful. The location is convenient and provides easy access. I am very sad that this location is closing, it will be missed!

Its a small town branch with good people working there. Keep up the diligent work.
Slow employees and computer. Gotta wear a mask to cash a check? Check charge fees. This is a old house turned into a bank. I spit everywhere on the door as I left and counter. Mask on ground and garbage dumped in parking lot. Trash
