Friday the 24 I went there to cash a bb and t check when I got there I had already been waiting 15 minutes while it was slow to get check cashed then the computers crashed which meant another 15 minute wait and they still charged me fee

If you have an extra 1/2 hour you can hit the drive-thru, or go inside and deal with a manger with a bad attitude and a teller that acts like she's doing you a favor. there is no wonder I pulled my accounts out of there. The office cubicle all the way to the west had the best employee ever. I didn't see her last time but they need more like her. The new bank name should be Rudest, not, Truist. Is there a review that is -5?
