Just got off phone with one of their reps .rudeness was his best skills. They could care less about my accounts and suggested I should moved mine if I didn’t like it. Been with them over 20 years. Wow

Terrible service. Terrible communications. Had a CD for 7 years and it grew NONE! Then it was taxed because they did not have a copy of my SS card (never notified until the CD matured). They called at 6.5 years to see if there was something they could do, but my response was that they'd had 6.5 years to grow it without success, what could they do in 6 months that wouldn't risk it all! Nancy Lee is my BB&T Financial Advisor. I initially met with her to get information about what BB&T Investments had to offer. I was so impressed with what she said, the following week I rolled all of my personal and retirement funds over to them. The funds she recommended did not disappoint!
