Truist in Beaufort tellers are rude and unprofessional.
Severely understaffed. Highly inconvenient. I just want to close an account and the 3 times I have tried so far the 1 banker working always is preoccupied and unavailable. I have tried calling but get told I have to come in. Why? Why can’t I close it over the phone like any other bank has allowed me to do? I take time out of my work day to come in and still can’t get assisted. Horrible bank. Horrible branch. Will never use Truist or recommend them.
sunTrust and BB&T merging is the worst thing to happen for us customers. There is no Suntrust location here locally in Beaufort and the only location able to service Suntrust customers is in Bluffton which is 30 to 45 minutes away from here. It is extremely inconvenient that some BB&T locations can service Suntrust customers but others can't. I can only advise that Suntrust and BB and T prioritize merging there technology services faster for customers if they're going to be closing more locations.
I only deal with Valerie there.
