I went into BB&T today to cash one of THEIR CUSTOMER'S personal checks. I had to pay $8 to cash a check written to me from one of YOUR customers who probably pays a monthly and or annual fee to hold an account with you. In one way, shape or form; you are already profiting from her account so I'm frustrated that I had to pay $8 to cash her check. I feel like that is just another legal way big companies steal money from us.
The bank teller that was working the drive thru today could use a class in customer service... I sent my deposits in and the next thing I hear is "Uh, you need to come inside for your transactions" (delivery is everything, maybe an excuse me...) I only had 2 deposits, has never been an issue. I've seen signs and I have been told that drive thru is for 3 transactions or less. She's says with that currency the other customers can't get waited on... I'm a customer too. I am considering changing to my husbands bank because his bank does not hold any kind of checks for two days like BBT is holding my school check. Getting aggravated with this bank. They make things too difficult. Its bad enough when I use the ATM to deposit my pay checks it takes two days for it to go through. I will go to a bank where I won't have a problem with getting the money that I work hard for.
