By far the worst bank in the county. How they’ve managed to stay open for this long is a miracle. Nobody knows what they’re doing, half the time they are clueless and the other half lazy. Lines are ridiculously long, again because they don’t know what their doing. Customer service? Out the window. Clearly management here is non existent and I feel sorry for any customers who have no other choice than to get their services from this location.
The ATM is always down. Always no matter what. Does not matter what time of day. There has been so many times I’ve pulled up and inserted my card just for the machine to say I can’t withdraw/ deposit cash. They recently installed a new machine and it has the same issue. This makes me think it’s a management issue.
Very unprofessional there. My wife received a car loan from BBT and paid it off years ago. They never produced the document she needed to get a clear title (although paid off for years) so we can sell her car. Was on the phone with this branch for an hour and got nowhere. Luckily she called another BBT that is helping her get this document she should have gotten years ago. I mean, this is auto loan 101, don't you expect people to either sell/trade in their car when they are done? So lazy.
your site say its open on saturday ,whe I called the location it says we are closed on saturday.
