I will say this. bb&t as a company is not too terrible... However , this branch in particular I am not impressed with at all! I usually go to the one that is located in Oakton ( thats the good one) , the ATM was down so I drove across town to Mclean. Every time I use the ATM to make a deposit at the Mclean branch I seem to have issues but this time I am so upset that i am writing a review. Let me start by saying this, this one Mr Sri is totally fake and never honors his promises to call back. I left bb&t because of people like him that have no sense professionalism and hide behind an institution that absolutely not care about customer assistance.
Cindy was extremely helpful and endlessly kind in helping my wife and me have our accounts updated. Very happy to call this location our new home branch.
I have had terrible experiences with banks, but you walk into this one, the lady at the front is sweet and kind and Ron is amazing and very thorough. This bank makes you feel welcome!
