Slowest Bb&t I've ever walked into.
Standing at the teller on Friday afternoon. 5 employees. ONE TELLER can make a deposit. Not cool. Manager comes out. Asks the family sitting if they need help. They are taken to table. I say how about me? I have been waiting here almost 10 minutes and none of these 3 people can help. Maybe you can help me with my deposit.. so they are start running around and then ALL OF A SUDDEN the lady can help me. Rude. Friday afternoon. Not nice. Bad customer service. O stars for you.
This is the worst bank I've ever seen. Thank God I don't have account with them. Take me 30mns to make a deposit
