They have been holding the proceeds from the sale of our property for eleven days-and apparently they plan to do this for fourteen days. They did tell me, but I understood it to mean it could take up to fourteen days, not that they are going to hold on to it and do nothing for fourteen days. They haven’t even bothered to process the check, the issuing institution has not received any indication that they have attempted to clear the check. I literally feel sick to my stomach.
One of the drive thru tellers is just flat out nasty, she must hate life and her job
I have been coming here for years and the staff has always been friendly and professional.
