I have never dealt with such unpleasant unprofessional environment like this before in my life. I wanted to open up a bank account with them and filled out all the proper paperwork they told me 3 days and the 3 days have gone no access to my hard earned money. My husband and I had an issue with an old lien release on a title for a car we were trying to sell. The customer service rep was very friendly and extremely helpful in assisting us to track down the loan number and get a new notarized lien release letter the same day. When the title transfer company lost the paperwork a month later, my husband went back in and the notary wasn't in at that point, but they took our information and had it in the mail for us the next day. Horrible. Only one drive through lane open and been waiting 25 min for the bank to service one car.
