April isn't a professional woman, she is rude and lacks the necessary knowledge to do her job. We had closed one of our accounts and she canceled the wrong card. No big deal, RIGHT? A month later and We had to pay a $300 plus dollars on a closed account. She informed us that if any money post to that account at any time even if it's a year old the account reopens and we are billed. (WHAT??) I never heard that in my life..
