This is by far the WORST bank ever!!!!!!!! They only care about collecting fees they don't care if you almost died TWICE and lost your job!
Services not so good or prompt no energy in the building seems abandoned...
I like BB&T, although I do almost all of my banking with other banks. Regardless, I have been a customer for a few years and maintain a banking relationship. I want to thank Kasanya Hayes for her help, going above and beyond to help me. It seems rare these days that people will take extra time to help someone, but that is what Ms. Hayes did for me. Thank you.
My auto loan got taken over by this bank and the online banking is by far the worst thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. Was it made by a dinosaur. It’s so bad! This bank needs to get into the right century. So outdated online. Get with the program folks. You need to step it up. It’s pathetic.
This branch tried to hold my payroll check for 12 days despite it being from one of the most well known businesses in this area and me being a customer since 04/2012. Thank goodness for Daniel Freeman at the Riverfront branch, I'm glad he had common sense!! DO NOT BANK HERE!! PS.. I'm still waiting for this branch to "call me back" as promised
