Its no longer a BB&T here. Its been changed to another bank!
These are the most rudest women I’ve ever seen. They barely speak, say thank you or anything. Glad I only have to bank with them for work because if it was my personal account I would take my service elsewhere.
Horrible customer service. Specifically Kristy. Why is it acceptable to make a 71 year old woman with a walker stand to conduct bank business. Not just withdrawal but lengthy bank business. Never. Have. My. Business. Again.
