Banker Beatriz Sullivan was extremely rude to me. She told me I cannot help you “because we are not a call center” as if I was stupid and did not know that the local branch was not a call center. She presented with a nasty attitude towards me right from the start and was unwilling to FULLY listen to my needs. Instead of listening to and acknowledging me she talked over me and mocked me.
