Julie Wilson is the branch banker . She previously issued me a cashiers checks from bbt. I am here at the bank now and she is refusing to cash my check or swap the check, she told me to come back in a week , because the branch won’t have money till then , which is total BS. This Bank will not let me close my account,they keep charging me $2.00 for something call a PM Phone Charge, On June 20,2018 my wife deposited $2.00 into my account because BB&t had my account negative for charging me $2.00 for calling them.
