This location permanently closed in February 2022. I will be switching to another organization now because there are no more of their banks in a convenient area near me.
Went by and found out that they closed the only branch in sweatwater. Next closest is in Athens or Englewood.
I am able to do all banking without difficulty; never had an issue.
This Truist BB&T shut down. We were not even notified. I needed to use the band and I visit and it is shut down. So no bank in Madisonville and Sweetwater. Time to change banks.
I NEVER received a letter saying my local branch was closing. I can't get to another branch just whenever i please. Plus there is no local ATM. Really Truist? I must add though I really think they have a bunch of good folks working in the bank but still.... I called and asked a staff member why they closed my local branch.
