Lisa Galante has a nasty attitude and shouldn't be working in customer service. She starts huffing and puffing before you even open your mouth and say what you're here for and argues about why you do or don't need a money order/check/etc rather than just processing it...
Came in on a Wednesday at 2PM to open an account and was told it would be a long wait and to come back the following morning at 9am. Showed up the next morning at 9am. No employees had opened. 9:25am rolls around, still closed.
The worst drive thru in America! 45 mins is a bit much!??? Sat at the window for 20 of those mins just ridiculous
