Every morning it takes 20 minutes for one car to be helped in the drive thru. Please get more staff in the mornings. Time is critical for those of us who have to open businesses on time and still drop off our deposits. You should have more than one person working at a time. Update July 2026: Still waiting at least 20 minutes in line for 1 car to be helped. A simple deposit should not take 10 minutes. I will ask my corporate to please reconsider business with this bank. Please make sure your mornings are staffed properly.

Rude!
Once again, I go to the Truist and am met with no clear Line and people sitting. A simple deposit becomes and twenty minutes wait and the manager remains at her desk. No, she was not doing anything. So done with Truist.
