A lot of wait time
Every morning it takes 20 minutes for one car to be helped in the drive thru. Please get more staff in the mornings. Time is critical for those of us who have to open businesses on time and still drop off our deposits. You should have more than one person working at a time.
Rude!
Once again, I go to the Truist and am met with no clear Line and people sitting. A simple deposit becomes and twenty minutes wait and the manager remains at her desk. No, she was not doing anything. So done with Truist.
Had to return because they had me to sign my paperwork in the wrong spot other than that they were very friendly
