Not pleased at all with the new merger = "TRUIST". The app is slow and clunky. The Old BBT app was so much better. Calling to get thru to a real live breathing person is like performing magic. I will be looking for a SMALLER bank. It seems walk-in services or calling a local bank- or business - are going away- in favor of everything being online now.
OK BBT/TRUIST, ITS TIME TO STOP HIDING BEHIND COVID AND OPEN THE LOBBY TO CUSTOMERS. I DONT WANT TO SEE NO ADS FROM YOU ABOUT GREEN ENERGY LEAVING HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS OF CARS RUNNING IN THE DRIVE THROUGHS IN YOUR PARKING LOTS. IVE SAT THERE PERSONALLY WEEK AFTER WEEK FOR HOURS. YOUR A BIG ENOUGH BANK TO FIGURE THIS OUT. GET IT TOGETHER AND STEP UP. THIS IS REDICULOUS! LOOKS LIKE LACK OF DESIRE TO PROVIDE FACE TO FACE CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST LEAVE ALL OF OUR MONEY MAKERS OUTSIDE. JOKE.
They are my small business bank and seem to do everything that I need very well. As with any bank or financial service, some of the fees and charges are frustrating - but better than most. Drive through gets BUSY but moves quickly.
