Their customer services is the worst ever. Every time I go, I have to wait at least 15 minutes at least talk to a banker. You can sit there for an hour and no one will come and ask what you want. You have to go to find someone to tell them at least why are you there. I had a very positive experience yesterday with the teller Wesley. He was friendly, and efficient with my transaction. I am from out of state and I was very pleased with my interaction at this branch of BBT.
They charge $8 to cash their own BBT check here if you don’t have an account!? Doesn’t make me want one either!
