Absolutely awful customer service!!! solely because of or experience at this branch we will be firing BB&T as our business banking partner. i would welcome a call at any time to discuss this issue.
Not only is suntrust the worst bank ever but the new staff here are horrible I’m so glad most of the old staff have better positions somewhere else but I miss them I’m so not satisfied with there new ppl I’m almost positive I’m gonna end my business banking relationship pretty soon after several years …..
