On 4/30 proceeded to the branch at 12 N Zak Hinton Pkwy, McDonough,GA which online showed open 9AM-12 NOON. Upon arriving at that address not on found it was CLOSED but with no sign that it was a TRUIST facility. On 5/1 transferred funds from one TRUIST checking account to another, was told to wait on the line for a confirmation number, NEVER received one.
Won't answer the phone...doors always locked...why do you even consider yourself a business?
