Truist (formerly BB&T)Millington, Md. is one of if not the best bank I've ever had the pleasure of working with in both personal and business matters. The small town personal touch that is added by thier employees is amazing. Everyone is so helpful here. As soon as you go in the door, even if it's just minutes before closing, you are welcomed and greeted with a smile. If I have a question or something I need looked into I get a call usually within an hour.
Literally if they see you walking up any time after 3:30 they’ll just close the doors on you. Single handedly the worst branch of any bank I’ve ever dealt with. And their atm is trash they’re not very helpful people and they just don’t care about their clients. If you’re like me and going to use this bank cause it’s close to you; you should just go to PNC in sudlerville.
