BB&T way to go. Much improvement
Sharon went above and beyond for me today. I called her in a state of near-rage, after dealing with Truist Customer Support for 3 hours (or, rather, their robotic answering machines, not real humans) without getting my issue resolved. She had a super attitude and walked me through my issue until it was fixed. So Truist, give this lady a raise. Hours of 9-5 don’t work for me. This bank is stuck in the past when it comes to modern banking and services- getting more restrictive and still charging old school fees. I am getting rid of my checking account with them and switching over to a different bank in Pville.
Fast service. Got in and out to make a deposit, even with 6 other cars at two drive-up stations, in 2 minutes. Always great bamk to deal with. Been with them for years. When the vacuum tube arrived with my deposit receipt, there was also a milk bone for Mouse, my chihuahua. I split it with him. He growled when saw me break it in half!
