I have been banking with bank of ky/BB&T for 15 years and at this branch. Renee was extremely rude and nasty to me and other staff. I am strongly considering transferring my fund and CD's to another bank. I've never seen such bad customer service.
Great bank but the hours for Saturday are incorrect. We needed to do some banking and got there at 12:11pm. Everything was locked up though online states open until 1pm.
A bank that doesn’t have a coin counter?! Parking is terrible too! Don’t waste your time going here!
