Incredibly helpful and friendly, always. The experience here is what you would want to expect from a bank. They will help you get what you need in the best way they can. Also I've gotten more value out of their options than any other bank in the area.
Well to start off with i called and asked if this branch had any half dollar rolls of coins i could buy. The lady said yes. So I drove 30 mins to get there and was informed that the person who could open the vault wasn't there. She would be back in 30 mins. Which wasn't a problem. I just sat in the parking lot and waited. Once she got back I was told that unless I have an account there they couldn't sell them to me. However BB&T has never had an issue with letting me use my debit card there to make a cash withdrawal from ano... read more
