I love my local bank, I love how the tellers know me and the loan officers and management quickly get me the help I need. I've been with BB&T for over a decade and consider them more than a bank. They are my partners in finance. When my children turned 12, we opened up student account with BB&T to help them learn how to manage their money. I go into the bank this morning to deposit some money into someone’s account. There’s a customers with each teller so I stand and wait in line. I’m there for about 15-20 minutes so I sit down to wait. Three other people walk in behind me. So when one of the tellers finally finishes with their customer she looks straight at me, as she knows I’ve been there waiting, then turns to the next person that came in and asked if she could help them.
