Takes 30-45 minutes for the drive through. Doesn’t matter if it’s morning or afternoon. Do NOT go on a Friday, you’ll add an additional 30 plus minutes that you sit in the drive through. No parking spaces to go inside.
It took them so long to approve me for a car loan (2 weeks) that by the time I got approved the car was sold. I was told that the lady who started my application was on vacation so I waited and was eventually told she transferred to another branch. When I started working with someone else they told me I didn’t have an application in the system for an auto loan so I had to start over. If you are going to have drive thru service only then have more help available! Service has continually declined over the past few years. Long wait times is not good customer service.
Lady on the phone was very rude, I opened a business account here thinking it was a good bank, well I was wrong their costumer service is horrible they held my checks for 3 weeks still haven’t gotten them or my debit card. So if I were you I would take my business some where else before you make the same mistake as me.
