I have never felt so insulted in my entire life. Tried to close my account since I wasn't using it and they basically made me feel like a thief and wouldn't tell me why I couldn't get my money out of my account with the proper documentation with me. They were very rude and demeaning. I will not step foot in another truist and my lawyer has been contacted. I have the names and numbers that was given to me by other customers for witnesses. This branch is the worst because of the people who work there.
If I could put zero stars I would. I went in the bank yesterday and I was greeted and told that I would be next to see the lady. Another guy comes in and goes straight to the office of the woman I was supposed to see and they proceed to do business. Ok no biggie .. another gentleman comes in and sits right across from me. The woman I am supposed to see goes into another office and calls this guy in there and they go straight into doing business again. This time I get up and leave. I visited to retrieve money off a bb&t issued card and they said they could not help me. My money is on it. I have state issued ID and anything else they would possibly require
