Called to see if anyone in the branch could give me some time to try to help reconcile my bank statement. The branch manager at the Lansdale location in PA was certainly not accommodating. According to her she would be busy all day with business customers. Am I not a customer? Do I have to own a business to get assistance? Very disappointing!!
