Great customer service
Truist a real good bank and Carlton is the best
The people working here are always very nice and helpful.
This is the worse bank I’ve ever banked with my account has been locked since April 10 all I keep getting is the run around I can’t access my direct deposit I’m a single mom of 3 kids me and my kids are staying in a hotel it’s really stressful not being able to get my money out my account this is a inconvenience to me !!!! Nobody is helpful this bank is disorganized none of the supervisor at the branch or over the phone and nobody can seem to reach whomever locked my account I’m currently still waiting to access my money !!!
Ashleigh went out of her way to help me and it is most appreciated.
