Yikes... Truist took two good banking institutions... BB&T and SunTrust... merged them ... and made for the worst bank I have dealt with in my banking lifetime of 55 years. Truist marketing is pure hype with a good touch of Woke. Look elsewhere for a bank

Opened account with April at Gatlinburg 17 years ago. Every time I have visited all local branches and anywhere at south East I have gotten best attention from tellers and managers. Always 5 stars!!! I'm very glad April continues to work in Sevier county and provide brilliant customer service to the clients. Thanks to all team members, great job!!!
