Terrible customer service. Had a 10am waited til 11 then Katrina said to me if you can wait a while longer yet I will see you, but I want to take care of this customer first. But during my wait he told me that he had a 10:30 appointment. So I was nice enough to say no, I can go somewhere else. Exactly what I did. Called Wells Fargo and got appt later that day and they took care of me. At least they have customer service.
Great bank and great people
Since the merge with Truist, I’ve had nothing but issues. Can’t you get things in order? You even have my contact information wrong. You send a password code to my job instead of my phone number.
Very nasty teller at this branch.
