Awful went in today to deposit a small check and make small withdrawal Jacque was teller she said going anywhere good with the money? I replied my stepson just passed and will be going to his memorial. She then has the audacity after looking at my accounts to say would you like to discuss ways we can make your money earn more?! Really I just told you my son died and you are going to hit with me with a sales pitch?! You are a vile and disgusting woman and this practice is disgusting
Definitely not a bank I will do business with or recommend. I was given a check wrote on Truist so went there to cash it and was charged a fee because I don't have an account there. Well obviously the person who wrote the check has an account, so it wasn't a third party check I was wanting cashed. From now on I'll stay with banks that don't try to take money from people.
There so friendly and helpful and very fast with resolving your issues or problems in and out amazing team !!
