I always enjoy coming here. Excellent service, friendly staff, clean environment. My go to location always.
Needed to send a wire. Associate didn't feel my signature matched what was on file, so the transaction took twice as long as expected (I doubt they do extensive handwriting recognition training). I fear the merger with Suntrust will continue to make the customer service worse.
